SHIPPING

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible, to provide you with the best delivery experience. We have tied up with reputed courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. Peepal Craft provides free delivery on order value INR 500/-& above.

  • Delivery Time frames: – You will receive your order within 6 to 8 working days from the date of placing order, depending on the location of the delivery.
  • Working Days exclude public holidays like Saturday, Sunday & any other government / Bank     holiday or force Majure conditions i.e. strikes or any other natural calamity or any other day which is not a working day.
  • Peepal Craft will not be responsible for it’s commitment if the customer is not available to receive the order.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
  • When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a Courier tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package either online on the courier company’s website, or on the phone with them. Most courier companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
  • If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified time frame and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us at peepal@peepalcraft.com

REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
  • We do not have a Cancellation / Refund policy. However, you may submit exchange request for your order by sending an email to peepal@peepalcraft.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • You may exchange an item if you are not satisfied with your purchase or in case of manufacturing defect or if you have received a wrong product. Kindly send us an email with the purchased product details, invoice number and date and the product that you would like to exchange for, with in 24 hours of receiving the order.

Exchange request is processed within 10 days of our receiving the physical product (In its’ original packaging and condition). Exchange of goods that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted.

Exchanged product should be of same or higher value. Exchange request products should be unused, unwashed, unworn and should have all the labels and tags intact. The cost of shipping the product to us will be borne by the customer except in cases where the item has a manufacturing defector a wrong product is received. If you find the package damaged, please do not accept.

 

Products purchased during sale will not be eligible for exchange


Guidelines for Requesting an Exchange: 

The email that you send

  • Should clearly identify the request in the title (EXCHANGE/ANY OTHER)
  • Should carry the Invoice number, item number, and date of purchase
  • Should carry the specific description of the problem with your item and picture of product if possible
